Listing your home as a Private Exclusive allows you to control what information is shared about you and your home while still getting exposure to motivated, serious buyers via top agents at RE/MAX Accord. It allows you to control who sees your home and when, plus you don’t have the hassle of staging, open houses etc.
At RE/MAX Accord, we have over 350 local agents in ten offices throughout the East Bay, all working with active buyers looking for homes in our area. If your home is listed with us as a Private Exclusive, our agents can access all the relevant information about your home and they would promote it only to their qualified buyers. No buyer would be able to see your home unless they were accompanied by one of our agents with a confirmed appointment.
Quite apart from the advantages mentioned above, this program can be used as a way to test the market before listing it publicly for sale. It won’t be listed on the MLS, so there is no possibility of it becoming a “stale” listing if the price is initially a little higher than the market will bear. Plus it doesn’t accumulate Days on Market. And there would be no For Sale sign to draw attention to it – a strong security consideration.
