Featured Neighborhoods – Bollinger Hills

Bollinger Hills is on the west side of San Ramon west of Bollinger Canyon Road and north of San Ramon Valley Boulevard. Built in the 1980s, by Dame Construction, this is a development of single family homes with sizes ranging from 1700 to over 2800 sq.ft. Most lots are over 7,000 sq.ft. with a few being over 1 acre.

Driving around the area, it would be easy to assume that this is just another part of Twin Creeks but although most of the homes appear identical to Twin Creeks homes from the exterior, in reality, the floor plans of many have been modified and improved. There are also some models here that are unique to Bollinger Hills. Styles are typical of the 1980s and are a mixture of one story, two story and tri-level homes.

Bollinger Hills is like an upscale version of nearby Twin Creeks and was developed by the same builder. Set high on the hills above San Ramon, many homes have spectacular panoramic views of the San Ramon Valley and towards Mount Diablo.

Bollinger Hills is considered by many to be one of San Ramon’s most desirable neighborhoods. It has a well-established feel and lot sizes are typically generous compared with more recent developments. There is also a great deal of choice from single level 3 bedroom ranch style homes to large 6 bedroom two story homes with everything in between. Most homes have 3-car garages and many have been considerably upgraded and remodeled.
